Hi, I'm Melissa, founder and owner of EXO HAIR MD®. I built this practice to give men and women in Scottsdale a safe, non-surgical path to fuller, healthier hair. After seeing how deeply hair thinning and loss affect confidence, I dedicated myself to bringing patented, medical-grade cocooned exosome therapy to Arizona—paired with genuinely personal care. Our mission is simple: address the real causes of hair loss while helping every patient feel like themselves again.

Julie Magdillino, MSN, NP leads our clinical care, bringing over a decade of nurse practitioner experience across regenerative medicine and aesthetics.

Family Nurse Practitioner: Earned her MSN from Grand Canyon University and has practiced as an NP since 2014.
University of Arizona: Earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing before beginning her career as an RN.

Rooted in Patient Care: Began her nursing career as an RN at Phoenix Children's Hospital.

Earned her Bachelor's in Molecular Biology from the University of Calcutta at seventeen, studied genetics at Harvard and UC Santa Barbara, and completed graduate work at Caltech. She collaborated with Nobel laureate Dr. Linus Pauling, building her expertise in molecular structures and the biological mechanisms behind cellular renewal. In 1993 she created B2 Actigen, the first cosmetic formulation to include peptides that stimulate collagen production, and she holds multiple patents.
Dr. William Gael, M.D.
Co-Founder · Board-Certified in Anti-Aging & Regenerative Medicine
A graduate of Emory University who trained at Hackensack University Medical Center and the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. Over a career spanning more than twenty years he has pioneered work in anti-aging medicine, engineered immunotherapy, and cellular regenerative medicine, developed patented treatments and devices, and taught regenerative medicine to physicians internationally. He has run The Gael Center in Midtown Manhattan for over two decades, and translates Dr. Zaveri's science into applicable formulas.
